Plan and Disclosure Statement

On February 24, 2016, the Debtor filed its First Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  On April 20, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement.  On June 27, 2016, the  Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On December 8th, 2016, the Effective Date of the Plan occured, and the Plan was consummated.
