Case Background

On December 7, 2014, dELiA*s, Inc. and eight of its subsidiaries (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Southern District of New York.  The cases were pending before the Honorable Robert D. Drain and were jointly administered under Case No. 14-23678.

On March 21, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order [Docket No. 511] dismissing the Debtors' chapter 11 cases.

Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:

  • General Bar Date: April 14, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
  • Governmental Unit Bar: June 5, 2015 at 5:00 p.m. (Eastern Time)
