Disclosure Statement and Plan of Liquidation
On February 9, 2017, the Debtors filed their Fourth Amended Chapter 11 Plan of Liquidation. On March 21, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. Asset Sale
On September 10, 2015, the Debtor filed a motion to sell substantially all of their assets. On September 28, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving bidding and auction procedures in connection with such sale. The hearing to consider approval of the sale was held on December 2, 2015 and December 14, 2015 and was approved by the Bankruptcy Court on December 15, 2015.
