Case Background

On September 9, 2014, TER Holdings I, Inc. (f/k/a Trump Entertainment Resorts, Inc.) and its affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein and are jointly administered under Case No. 14-12103.

Important Information & Dates

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On October 1, 2014, the Debtors filed a motion to approve their Disclosure Statement and to establish procedures for solicitation and tabulation of votes to accept or reject their Plan of Reorganization.  The hearing on the Disclosure Statement was held on January 28, 2015, and the Plan was confirmed on March 12, 2015. On February 26, 2016 the Plan became effective.
