Plan & Disclosure Statement
On August 11, 2020, the Debtors filed their Joint Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization and Disclosure Statement related thereto. On August 14, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On October 16, 2020, the Bankruptcy Court entered an Order Confirming the Plan. On October 26, 2020, the Effective Date of the Plan Occured, and the Plan was consummated.

Deadline to File Claims
The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim:
- General Bar Date: July 31, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. (ET)
- Governmental Bar Date: November 16, 2020, at 5:00 p.m. (ET)
- Administrative Claims Bar Date: November 30, 2020
