Case Background

On June 1, 2014, FL 6801 Spirits LLC and its affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Shelley C. Chapman and are jointly administered under Case No. 14-11691.
