Old FENM Inc. (f/k/a Fresh & Easy)

Case Background

On September 30, 2013, Old FENM Inc. (f/k/a Fresh & Easy Neighborhood Market Inc.) and Old FEPC LLC (f/k/a Fresh & Easy Property Company LLC) (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Kevin J. Carey and are jointly administered under Case No. 13-12569.

Important Information & Dates

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On April 21, 2014, the Debtors filed their Joint Plan of Reorganization.  On April 25, 2014, the Debtors filed the Disclosure Statement with respect to their Joint Plan of Reorganization.

The court approved the Disclosure Statement on May 30, 2014 and confirmed the Plan on July 2, 2014.  On July 23, 2014, the Plan became effective and was substantially consummated.
