Case Background
On October 27, 2013, Green Field Energy Services, Inc. and two affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The cases are pending before the Honorable Brendan Linehan Shannon and are jointly administered under Case No. 13-12783.
Important Information & Dates
Plan & Disclosure Statement; Asset Sale
On March 14, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered 1) an order approving the sale of the certain of the Debtors' assets and 2) an order approving the Disclosure Statement for the Debtors' Second Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation.
On April 23, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Debtors' Second Amended Joint Plan of Liquidation. On May 12, 2014, the effective date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was substantially consummated.

Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim
The Bankruptcy Court has established the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:
- General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): January 24, 2014
- Supplemental Bar Date (creditors holding scheduled claims): January 31, 2014
- Governmental Unit Bar Date: April 25, 2014
- Administrative Claims Bar Date: June 11, 2014
