On June 1, 2022, GT Real Estate Holdings, LLC (the "Debtor") filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The case is pending before the Honorable Karen B. Owens under Case No. 22-10505.

On August 11, 2022, the Debtor's filed their Joint Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  The Bankruptcy Court will hold a hearing to consider approval of the Disclosure Statement on September 19, 2022 at 9:00 a.m. (ET).

Deadline to File Claims

The Bankruptcy Court has set the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim:

General Bar Date: August 18, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time)

Governmental Bar Date: November 28, 2022, at 5:00 p.m. (prevailing Eastern Time)
