Case Background
On October 30, 2017, M & G USA Corporation and 10 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. On October 24, 2017, M & G Polymers USA, LLC filed its Chapter 11 case in the same court. The cases are pending before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon and are jointly administered under Case No. 17-12307.
Important Information & Dates
Plan & Disclosure Statement
On September 5, 2018, the Debtors filed their Chatper 11 Plan of Liquidation and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On November 6, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. On December 17, 2018, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan. On December 31, 2018, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was consummated.
First Day Hearing
A hearing on the Debtors' First Day Motions was held on November 1, 2017 at 12:30 p.m. (ET) before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon, United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of District of Delaware, 824 Market Street, 6th Floor, Courtroom #1, Wilmington, Delaware.
A final hearing on certain of the First Day Motions was held on January 18, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. (ET).
The Section 341(a) Meeting of Creditors was held on January 26, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. (ET).

Sale of M&G USA Corporation Debtors' Assets
On November 11, 2017, the Debtors filed a motion to sell substantially all of their assets. On December 14, 2017, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving bidding and auction procedures in connection with such sale.

Excluding Apple Grove Assets
The Auction, if required, for all other assets (excluding the Apple Grove Assets) was held on March 8, 2018. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the sale on March 14, 2018.
Apple Grove Assets
The Auction for the Apple Grove Assets was held on January 29, 2018. The Bankruptcy Court held a hearing to consider approval of the sale on February 1, 2018.
