Case Background

On June 29, 2015, Northshore Mainland Services Inc. and 14 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The cases are pending before the Honorable Kevin J. Carey and are jointly administered under Case No. 15-11402.

Important Information & Dates

Dismissal of Main Debtor Case

On December 22, 2015, the Debtor filed a motion to dismiss the case of Northshore Mainland Services Inc. (case no. 15-11402).  On January 12, 2016, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order dismissing the case.

Dismissal of Sub-Debtor Cases

On September 15, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court dismissed all of the Debtors' cases aside from Northshore Mainland Services Inc. (case no. 15-11402).
