Case Background

On February 5, 2015, RadioShack Corporation and 17 affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The Debtors' cases are pending before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon and are jointly administered under Case No. 15-10197.

Important Information & Dates

On September 24, 2015 a hearing was held before the Honorable Brendan L. Shannon, Chief United States Bankruptcy Judge, in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, 6th Floor, Courtroom #1, 824 North Market Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 to determine the adequacy of the Disclosure Statement and Confirmation of the Plan as well as approving the procedures for solicitation and tabulation of votes. On October 2, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan.  On October 7, 2015, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred and the Plan was consummated.
