Case Background

On July 14, 2014, Windsor Petroleum Transport Corporation and nine affiliated debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed voluntary petitions for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.  The cases were before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein and were jointly administered under Case No. 14-11708.

Pursuant to an order of the Bankruptcy Court dated March 26, 2015 (Docket No. 249) the Debtors' cases are now closed.

Important Information & Dates

Plan and Disclosure Statement

On August 25, 2014, the Debtors filed their Joint Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto.  On October 8, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement.  On November 20, 2014, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order confirming the Plan.  On January 30, 2015, the Effective Date of the Plan occurred, and the Plan was substantially consummated.
