Case Background
On February 8, 2015, Altegrity, Inc. and 37 of its affiliated Debtors (collectively, the "Debtors") each filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The Debtors' cases are pending before the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein and are jointly administered under Case No. 15-10226.

Bar Date for Filing Proofs of Claim
The Bankruptcy Court has established the following deadlines for filing proofs of claim against the Debtors:
- General Bar Date (all creditors other than Governmental Units): April 30, 2015
- Governmental Unit Bar Date: August 7, 2015

Plan and Disclosure Statement
On March 30, 2015, the Debtors filed their Plan of Reorganization and the Disclosure Statement related thereto. On May 15, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court entered an order approving the Disclosure Statement. The hearing to consider confirmation of the Plan was held on August 14, 2015 and the Plan was confirmed. On August 31, 2015, the Plan became effective.
